Condolence: I was deeply saddened to learn of Mr. Parkes death. It was only recently through DNA testing that I discovered he is a cousin and that we share an as yet unknown common ancestor. My Uncle Don was an inspiration for many people and his Uncle Don-isms will always be remembered. For me, it was his curiosity that made the difference - from his expanded understanding of music, to stamps and model trains and then he learned computers before much younger ones in the family. And then he learned html and made his own web site and then another and then my Dad's website.
Always something new, exciting and inspiring for Unka-Dunka.
