Obituary for Hanna Kozlowicz

(Faithful parishioner of St. Hedwig’s Catholic Church, Oshawa)

Passed away peacefully at Rouge Valley Health, Ajax on Monday August 17th, 2016 at the age of 60.
Much loved wife of Kazimierz. Cherished mother of Martin and his wife Kathy of Whitby and Joanna of Oshawa.

Dear daughter of Maria Swarowska and the late Josef Swarowski.

Loving Babcia of Michal, Adam and Jakub.

Survived by her sister Maria Mika of Poland, pre-deceased by her brothers Milan and Andrzej.
Fondly remembered by many friends, nieces, nephews and their families.

Visitation at Barnes Memorial Funeral Home, 5295 Thickson Rd. N. Whitby on Tuesday August 23rd from 10:00 a.m. until time of funeral service in the Barnes Chapel Tuesday morning at 11:00 a.m.

Interment will follow the service at Resurrection Catholic Cemetery, Whitby
