Passed peacefully at her home surrounded with love on Thursday June 2nd, 2016 in her 70th year.
Much loved Mom of Matthew.
Hanna will be fondly remembered and will be dearly missed.
A celebration of Hanna's life will be held at the family home in Whitby.
In memory of Hanna, a memorial donation to a charity of your choice would be appreciated.
