With great sadness we announce the passing of our sweet, loving Darrell Ariza on Saturday August 22, 2015 after a long battle with cancer.

Predeceased by his parents, Takeru and Nancy. No words can describe how much he will be missed by his wife Helen, stepson Jeremy (Tara), granddaughter Daryn, sister Janice, nieces Maddy and Kiko, Brother Glen (Sestina), Nephew Alessandro, and all extended family and friends.

His enthusiasm, kindness and passion for life will live on in all those whose lives he touched.

Family and friends will be received at Barnes Memorial Funeral Home, 5295 Thickson Rd. N Whitby (905-655-3662) on Wednesday August 26th from 12:00 – 2:00 p.m. A service honouring Darrell’s life will follow in the Barnes Chapel at 2:00 p.m.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society of Canada.
