(20 Year Volunteer with Lakeridge Health (Oshawa)
It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Lorna Rachel Cooke (Jones). Wife of the late Kenneth Cooke (1994).
Loving Mom and best friend to Sandra Ness (Al), Donna Vance (late Ken).
Loving Nana of Todd (Joanne), Trevor (Shaunna) and Michael (Laura). Special GG to Darby, Jenna, Liam and Ava. Sister of Shirley Roy (Sheldon), Sister-in-law Audrey Williams (Rees). Pre-deceased by her sister Evelyn Mountjoy (Late Keith).
As per Mom’s wishes a private family service will be held at Barnes Memorial Funeral Home, 5295 Thickson Rd. N. Whitby 905-655-3662.
Lorna’s family would like to thank the staff at Caressant Care in Lindsay for the great care and compassion shown to Lorna and our family during her short stay.
Lorna will be laid to rest beside her husband at Groveside Cemetery.
