Obituary for Tetje "Theresa" Nieuwhof
On May 15th, 2014 after waiting 15 years Thys was able to gather his wife Theresa back into his loving arms as she peacefully passed on, daughters at her side. She was cherished mother to Helen Zylstra (Harry) Christine Pindar (David) Michael Nieuwhof (Cathy) Jack Nieuwhof and the late Martin Nieuwhof.
In her 90th year, she was dear Gramma to her 13 grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren and 2 great, great granddaughters.
Visitation will be held at Emmanuel Reformed Church, 401 Rossland Rd. W. Whitby on Tuesday May 20th from 10:30 – 11:30 a.m. A funeral service honouring Theresa’s life will follow at 11:30 a.m. Internment and committal service at Groveside Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers donations to CIBC Run for the Cure would be greatly appreciated.
The Nieuwhof family would like to send a special THANKYOU to the wonderful and caring staff of Purple Woods and the Wynfield.
