Passed away at Port Perry Place on Monday May 20th, 2019 at the age of 87.
Predeceased by his wife Mary (2017).
Dear father of Doug Lucyk and his wife Donna of Plevna and Janet Hooker and her husband Brady of Blackstock.
Loving grandfather of Bart (Julia), Vaughn, Deanna, Justin and Riley.
Great grandfather of Ainsley, Marshall.
Predeceased by his brothers and sisters.
Visitation at Barnes Memorial Funeral Home, 5295 Thickson Rd. N. Whitby on Monday May 27th from 11:00 a.m. until time of service in the Barnes Chapel Monday at Noon.
Interment will follow at Groveside Cemetery.
In memory of Metro memorial donations to St. Michael’s Hospital Foundation or Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated.
