Condolence: Please forgive this late entry, but I just heard about Mrs. Fritz's passing. She was my first teacher when I was at Ferndale School in St. Catharines. Her kind and gentle ways helped me enjoy learning - so much so that now I am a teacher. I love the picture you show here. She looks beautiful and I remember that smile! There are few teachers in the world who have that magical quality to them, the kind that changes something inside of a student, but Kathleen had it. My condolences to her friends and family. She was well loved and the effects of her teaching will continue on through me and through every life lucky enough to have been affected by her warmth and generosity of spirit.

Condolence: 59 years ago, Sir Winston Churchill school, St Catharines, grade 8 homeroom with Mrs Fritz. A dear kind lady who earned our respect and we all knew she really cared about us. A great teacher. Our paths crossed a few times after that and she was always interested in what I was doing. And that '54 black Buick! I loved watching her pull out, driving home over the railway bridge. We've been blessed to know her.

Condolence: Condolences to the family. Kathleen was a real lady. Everything she did ........was done right the first time or it wasn't worth doing. She was a respected school teacher and helped countless students. When I talked to her on her 101 birthday she was busy getting her tax information/paperwork together. She was amazing. Rest in comfort.

Condolence: My condolences to you and your family on the passing of your Aunt Kay Fritz. My mom, Joyce Whitney and Kay moved into The Court at Brooklin when it first opened. They were two of the original residents. . Kay was a good friend to my mom; they enjoyed each other's company and had many good games of pool together.
She was a true lady. It was a privilege to have known Kay.

Sincerely,
Doreen Johnson
