Passed away peacefully at Lakeridge Health Oshawa on December 12th with his loving wife Susan by his side.

Cherished dad of Geoffrey and Sarah and loving Grandad of Drew & Fletcher, Autumn & Rayne.

In accordance with Clive’s wishes, a Celebration of Life Gathering will be held on Sunday January 5th 2014, family and friends are invited to join the family anytime from 2:00 until 4:00 p.m.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the St. Michael’s Foundation-Angel Care Fund.
