Condolence: I met John back in 1995. I was applying for a job to help this 'busy guy out'. He hired a single Mom of 3, who knew absolutely nothing about mutual funds. He taught me everything that I needed to become the assistant that I am today. He always sat me down and explained why and what he was doing with every single client. I had and have nothing but respect for this man. He could be awfully intimidating when he wanted to be, but in the end he was a real kind hearted soul. I worked for John for over 20 years until he retired. I will truly miss him calling my name through the hallways. I will also miss his 'drop ins" asking if I could help him with something. Thanks John...for everything.

Condolence: Thoughts and prayers to all of John's family. John was such a strong leader and influenced many of the consultants in the office. A very wise man. I will always appreciate how it made it a point to respect Remembrance Day. I always looked forward to him reading the Flanders Field poem. He will be greatly missed by many.
