Condolence From: Barb and Bob Goddard
Condolence: Dear Laurie and family Bob and I are saddened by the loss of Mike. Mike was a great person to work with. He was a tremendous support to Customer Service, bailed our customers and our team out countless times. Thank you, Mike ! Many pictures I have and memories of Mike show his sense of humour and how to have fun - Dragon boat races, company bbq's and Christmas dances to name a few. Our most recent memory of Mike was this past summer when he made Deep River a stop on his motorcycle road trip. Even though he knew his cancer would be terminal his visit still reflected his upbeat personality. You were inspiring, Mike ❤️ Laurie, hope all our thoughts and memories of Mike will help confort you in this time of sorrow.

Condolence: Laurie and Family. I was very saddened to hear the news about Mike. I considered him a friend and a person I admired. His positive spirit and energetic personality was infectious to those around him. He was always good for a laugh and a joke at the right time. I learned allot from him not only as a colleague but how one should live their life despite the challenges and roadblocks that are put in front of you. He will be greatly missed.

Condolence From: Richard & Barbara Ince
Condolence: Laurie and family, Barb & I would like to send our sincerest condolences to you on your loss of Mike. We both started at Philips around the same time and even after I left, I would still run into him and we would shoot the breeze. He was always an upbeat guy, smiled like he hadn't a care in the world, and he never forgot to ask about Barb. Barb always spoke so highly of Mike and remembers all the good times at Phillips when he was supervising the warehouse on Milner. Even after the Philips days if she met him they would chat like no time had passed in between at all. Mike was truly a wonderful guy and his loss has saddened us deeply. Although his presence will be missed, the memories we made with him over the years will live on forever in both of us.

Condolence: Michelle, Laurie & family, I am thinking of you all and I am so sorry for your loss. I consider myself very lucky to have worked 28 years with such a great man, he was one of the best. So kind and a great sense of humor. Michelle, I couldn't have survived working all day then going to night school at Durham for 3 years without your dad's incredible drive and laughter. I will always remember your dad because of how he lit up every time he saw you at work, you are so blessed to have memories of the strong bond between you both. My heart is with you all as you go through this difficult time.
