The neighbourhood is just not the same without him. Seeing Howie walking his precious dogs everyday was always a blessing to see. My husband and i have known him for years and had many great conversations in passing. He also returned our dog one day who got out. May the affect of his smile and kindness shine down on all his family and friends always. Howie has left an impact on us that will never be forgotten. God bless
