Joseph John Martin Smith “Cactus Jack”

Passed peacefully in his sleep on Wednesday, June 20th, 2018 at Ballycliffe Lodge in Ajax at the age of 95.
Jack is predeceased by wife Catherine Smith and daughter Karen Turner

Beloved father of Cindy Steele “Button’s” and her partner Archie Lemoine of Oshawa, Betty Rhiness and her husband Art of Huntsville, Diane LaPointe and her husband Marcel of Welland and Shirley Blais and her partner Jim of Welland.. Loving grandfather of Melody, Jesse, Justin, Haley, James and Stephanie.

Cactus Jack loved his country and western music. Performing and attending many dances throughout the years, he will be dearly missed by all

Visitation will be held at Barnes Memorial Funeral Home, 5295 Thickson Rd. N. Whitby on Saturday July 7th, from 10:00 a.m. until time of Memorial Service in the Barnes Chapel Saturday at 11:00 a.m.
