Condolence: I was very saddened to hear this morning that Dan had passed away. I had the great pleasure of dealing with Dan when I worked for SHSS supporting the downtown hospitals in the late 90's and later reconnecting with Dan when I worked at Philips 10 years ago. I remember Dan as a true gentleman, full of life, vigour and spirit. One of the nicest memories I have of Dan was my first time at RSNA, had never been to Chicago before and, knowing I was without plans, invited me along with his associates for a fun night out at Kingston Mines.
