Obituary for Betty Mae McNevin

McNevin; Betty Mae (nee Pollard) - Betty went to be with her Lord on Friday, December 22, 2017 in her 87th year.

Beloved wife of the late Gordon McNevin (February, 1975) & Jim Donnan (August, 2017). Predeceased by her parents Earl and Margaret (nee Storey) Pollard. Cherished Mother to Tim McNevin (Laurie Lavigne) of Whitby & Mother-in-law to Jo-Anne McNevin (nee Martin). Betty will be lovingly missed by her grandchildren; Delana (Gabriel) of Bowmanville, Caleb (Samantha) of Toronto & Jared (Kaela) of Bowmanville as well as great-grandchildren, Layton, Evelyn, Roselyn & Ellis. Treasured sister of William Pollard, (Bill) & Barb of Napanee.
Betty will be remembered by her extended family and many long time friends in the Napanee area as well as many new found Whitby friends.

A Celebration of Life gathering will take place on Saturday, March 3rd at 2:00 Pm with Betty’s lifelong church family at The Temple Of Prayer & Praise, 261 West St. Napanee.

Betty’s family would also like to take this opportunity to thank the many staff of Fairview Lodge Nursing Home in Whitby for the incredible care & support provided to her throughout her final few months – it was most sincerely appreciated.
