Passed away unexpectedly on August 12, 2017 at St. Michael’s Hospital at the age of 74.

Robert will be missed by his niece Tracy and her husband Alain as well as their children Emilia & Addison, and his nephew Bill and his wife Jo.

Predeceased by his parents William and Margaret and his sister Margaret (Werner).

A funeral service to honour Robert’s life will be held at Barnes Memorial Funeral Home 5295 Thickson Rd. N. Whitby 905-655-3662 on Saturday August 19th at 11:00 a.m.

A private family interment service will follow.

In memory of Robert, donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.
