Passed peacefully in Port Perry on Thursday June 22nd, 2017 at the age of 94.
Predeceased by her husband Russell.
Much loved mom of Robert Short (Eileen), Gary Short and his wife Julie. Predeceased by her son James.
Survived by her daughter-in-law Jane. Grandmother of Michael, Katie, Alison, Heather, William and Alexander and Fraser. Predeceased by her granddaughter Sarah.
Dear sister of Stan Werden and the late Bessie Wilson.
A private family memorial service will be held at Barnes Memorial Funeral Home, 5295 Thickson Rd. N. Whitby on Tuesday June 27th.
In memory of Bernice, donations can be made to Brooklin United Church or the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated.
