With profound sadness we announce the sudden passing of our princess Maddy on May 29th, 2017 at the age of 2 years.

She will forever be in the hearts of her parents Justin and Kristin (Waller), her big sister and best friend Mya, her Papa (Perry) and Grandma (Diane) Guindon of Cornwall, her Poppa (Bob) and Grandma (Donna) Waller of Port Perry, and all of her extended family – Uncle Rob, Aunt Alisha, Brody, Natalie, Uncle Mike, Aunt Bailey, Uncle Nathan, Aunt Kayla, Uncle Zach, Aunt Farrah, and Kayle.

A private family service will be held at Barnes Memorial Funeral Home to help heal our broken hearts. In Maddy’s memory, memorial donations to SickKids Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
