Condolences

Condolence From: Liz Gabison
Condolence: My sincerest condolences. Dr. Makos was a kind and well informed Individual. He cared deeply about his profession and gave time to students at cmcc, me being one of them. A true loss to the profession and to those he has served and I can only imagine that this pales in comparison to the loss of your family. Wishing you strength and peace at this difficult time.

Condolence From: Deborah and Ray Kopansky-Giles
Condolence: It is with sincere sadness we hear of Bruce's sudden passing last week. Ray and I have had the pleasure of knowing Bruce for he past 20+ years. I had the privilege and pleasure of working with Bruce many years ago when we were both Directors of the Ontario Chiropractic Association. Bruce had a true passion for the profession and a real drive to help our profession become recognized as a valued player in the health system. He was articulate, intelligent and forward thinking. He clearly saw that integrating scientific knowledge with the art of chiropractic practice was essential to improve the quality of care that Ontarians deserved. Bruce was a pleasure to collaborate with in the area of development of the DAC program in Ontario and furthermore in ensuring high quality independent chiropractic assessments for auto accident victims. A booming voice, a brilliant smile and a person with a true desire to help people - Bruce will be sorely missed. Karen and family, Ray and I are so sad to hear of this news, but we hope you know how much Bruce contributed greatly to the lives of so many people.

Condolence From: Jacques, Helen, Alexa & Jon Arsenault
Condolence: Bruce was indeed a gentle giant. He treated every member of my family with such special care and was particularly amazing with both my children's many sports injuries. One time Alexa suffered a horrible hockey injury and he treated her after hours when his office was closed. He was so kind. His treatment methods were so effective and we never found another chiropractor quite like him after he retired. He always had time to chat with us, to make us laugh, to discuss current events. His grin was infectious. Bruce was this huge teddy bear with such a soft heart. His passing is so untimely, so devastating. Our deepest condolences to Karen and family.

Condolence From: Irv and Myra Grosfield
Condolence: I was shocked and terribly saddened by the much too early demise of Bruce. I worked with and for Bruce for a too short period of time. My heart and thoughts are with you, Karen and your family in this time of tragic loss. Bruce was bright, thorough, extremely knowledgeable and most of all sincere and compassionate in dealing with patients and medical personnel. We, are all a part of what and whom we have met and I consider it to have been both an honour and a priveledge to have worked and known Bruce. I deeply share your grief......Dr. Irv
