Passed away on Thursday March 9th, 2017 at the age of 72.

Much loved mother of Brian MacKinnon, Lori MacKinnon and Lianne Dancey and her husband Rob.
Much loved grandmother of Riley, Gavin, Tegan, Sloane, Kaleb and Colton.

Dear sister of Anne Smith and her husband Ron and Joan Brunnock and her husband Mike.
Predeceased by her brother Daniel O’Brien and her parents William and Marguerite O’Brien.

Pat will be fondly remembered by several nieces and nephews and their families.

Funeral Mass will be held at St. Leo the Great Catholic Church, 130 Watford Street Brooklin on Thursday March 16th at 10:00 a.m.

In memory of Pat, donations the CamH would be appreciated by the family.
