Blackley, Dorothy Frances,( nee Carroll, formerly Ramsey)

Passed away at her home in Oshawa with family by her side on Wednesday November 16th, 2016 at the age of 97.

Pre-deceased by her husband Albert Ramsey (1980) and James Allan Blackley (2011)
Much loved mother of Joyce Ramsey, Joan Ramsey, Arnold Ramsey, Randy Ramsey and Cathy Hassell. Pre-deceased by Louis, Gary and Kenneth.

Remembered by her grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.

Visitation at Barnes Memorial Funeral Home, 5295 Thickson Rd. N. Whitby on Sunday November 20th from 1:00 p.m. until time of funeral service in the Barnes Chapel Sunday afternoon at 2:00 p.m.
