Passed away peacefully at Lakeridge Health Oshawa on Wednesday November 16th, 2016 at the age of 81.
Dearly loved wife of the late Paul G. Bate (2012)
Cherished Mom of Angela Taylor and her husband Jim of Brooklin. Grandmother of Brittney Dudar, Nicholas Dudar and Aaron Dudar as well as Joshua Taylor.
Dear sister of Lanny Grant (Karen), Les Grant (Judy). Predeceased by her brother Rob (Maureen)
Loved sister-in-law of Shirley Schrader (late Raymond). Predeceased by brothers Stan (late Mary) and John (survived by Mary Ann). Gayle will be fondly remembered by several nieces, nephews and their families.
Visitation at Barnes Memorial Funeral Home, 5295 Thickson Rd. N. Whitby on Tuesday November 29th from 6:00 p.m. until time of memorial service in the Barnes Chapel Tuesday evening at 7:00 p.m.
In memory of Gayle, memorial donations to Lakeridge Health Foundation (Palliative Care) would be greatly appreciated.
