Obituary for John Ferris
Passed away at Lakeridge Health, Port Perry on Friday February 26th, 2016 at the age of 85.
Dearly loved husband of Margaret for 47 years. Much loved Dad of Jim Ferris and his wife Jackie, Marie Spina and her husband Mario, Thomas Ferris and his wife Laurel, Sarah Ferris and her husband Joe Rumolo and pre-deceased by his son John.
Much loved and Papa of Domenic, Andrew, Joshua, Emily, Meadow, Jorja, Wade, Bradley, Brent, Todd, Brittany and Douglas. Great Papa of 10.
Pre-deceased by his brothers Frank, Robert, George and Rod and his sister Winnie. John will be fondly remembered by several nieces, nephews many friends and their families.
Visitation at Barnes Memorial Funeral Home, 5295 Thickson Rd. N. Whitby from 6-9 p.m. Tuesday. Then to the Salvation Army Temple, (710 McQuay Blvd) Whitby where funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday morning (March 2nd).
John will be laid to rest at Groveside Cemetery, Brooklin.
