Passed peacefully at her home surrounded by her family on Saturday August 29th, 2015 at the age of 81. Predeceased by her husband William (May 1st, 1990)

Loving mother Anthony Read and his wife Debbie of Oshawa, Laurie Read of Ajax and Norman Read and his wife Jennifer Read of Oshawa.
Grandmother of Jason, Courtney, Christina and Katrina.

Predeceased by her only sister Madeline O’Hanlon.

Private family services have been entrusted to Barnes Memorial Funeral Home, 5295 Thickson Rd. N. Whitby.
