Passed away peacefully with his family by his side at South Lake Regional Heath Care on July 23rd 2015 at the age of 63.

Beloved son of Mary Bradey. Loving Dad to Raymond and his wife Audra and Kelly and her partner Brenton. Cherished Grandfather of Alycia, Britannia, Tera, Austin and Owen.

Tom is survived by his brothers Allen (Valerie), Don, Jim (Sue) and Larry (Lynn).


Lovingly remembered by his nieces, nephews, extended family and his friends.
