Obituary for John Anthony "Johnny" Emm
It is with profound sadness we announce the sudden and unexpected death of our son, brother, grandson, nephew and friend. Suddenly as the result of a tragic accident on Sunday June 28th, 2015 having just celebrated his 42nd birthday.
Dearly loved son of Tony. Pre-deceased by his much loved mom Sharon just 12 weeks ago.
Dearly loved brother of Andrea Silva and her son Leighton. Dear Grandson of Grace Hopkins (late John.)
Much loved nephew of Gerald and his wife Betty Emm, Barbara Schunk, Jim Hopkins and Bill Hopkins and his wife Debbie and Scott Hopkins and his partner Lisa.
John will be forever missed by his large family as well as his many friends including his constant companion Boomer.
Visitation at Barnes Memorial Funeral Home, 5295 Thickson Rd. N. Whitby from 2-4 and 7-9 Friday.
A service to celebrate ‘our John’ will be held in the Barnes Chapel Saturday morning at 11:00 a.m.
In memory of John, memorial donations to Jump Start would be appreciated.
