Passed away peacefully at his home in the presence of love and his family on Saturday September 13th, 2014 at the age of 80.

Much loved Dad of Michael, Richard, Michele Laing, Bill Jr., Janey and her partner Glenn. Loved Papa of Natasha, Jonathan, Cameron, Codey, Ryan and Vanessa. Great Papa of Jaidan.

Cherished brother of Molly and her husband Warren MacMillan, Margaret and her husband Robert Duff. Predeceased by his brothers David and John. Remembered by sisters-in-law Rena and Mabel both of Wales.

Fondly remembered by his brothers and sisters-in-law and their families.

Resting at Barnes Memorial Funeral Funeral Home, 5295 Thickson Rd. N. Whitby from 2-4 and 7-9 pm Wednesday.

A service to celebrate Bill’s life will follow in the Barnes Chapel Thursday morning at 11:00 am.
